What this is. People of Austin is an information guide. We check hours, deals and openings and publish what we find, with the date we checked. Businesses change their hours, prices and menus without telling us, so confirm anything that matters before you go. We are not responsible for a wasted trip, a changed price or a deal that ended.

Your choices are yours. Where you go, what you eat or drink, and how you get there are your decisions. Drink responsibly and never drive after drinking. Outdoor spots carry their own risks; follow posted rules and current conditions.

Not affiliated. Business names, menus, event names and ratings belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. Michelin, Google, OpenTable, Resy and Instagram are trademarks of their owners. Nothing here is endorsed by or affiliated with any of them unless it says Sponsored.

The concierge and planner. Answers are generated from our own listings and may be incomplete or out of date. Treat them as a starting point, not a booking.

Your submissions. When you send a tip, a correction or a photo, you give us permission to check it and publish it. Send only what you have the right to share. Photos of a business should come from the owner.

Accounts. Free accounts store your saved places and recent picks so they follow you between devices. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Corrections. If something here is wrong about your business, tell us and we will fix it, usually the same day.

Limit of liability. The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, People of Austin is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, the newsletter, the concierge or the planner. These terms are governed by the laws of Texas.
